Test the CD405 in combination with an STM32 in order to multiplex the inputs and have room for expansion, need be.

TODO

Get a stable supply (probably Starelec or Mouser, depends which is cheaper)
Test functionality with something simple at first (maybe just applying a voltage) in combination with C code
After code can reliably switch between inputs asynchronously , try hooking it up to LM35DZs
If all tests pass, design circuit for PCB
