make air pollution relevant again #52

for this run, we uncapped the effects plants and animals have on CO2 and also allowed it to fall to 0 PPM instead of the arbitrary 325 PPM limit. Now there is a big buffer between 0 PPM and 340 PPM before anything bad happens. Having the consequences happen earlier (e.g. at 100 PPM or 200 PPM) would be not in line with reality so instead we should turn up the pollution amounts of machines or add CO2 production to more machines.

(or we make humans create CO2 while logged in)

Given I need to test broken EP law next cycle, we might need to go back to the old numbers for one cycle.

the other suggestions were:

  1. make everything that burns stuff emit air pollution e.g. campfires, bakery ovens, braziers, bloomeries etc
    1. uncap the effects plants and animals have on the air pollution and balance them to make sense
    2. if possible, only make plants consume CO2 while growing

we did 2. and 1. and 3. are not done. 3 is probably very hard so should not yet be done. I still want to do 1. For the old EP that crashes the stat DB to work we just need to reset 2. Once the "difference" between zero and "temp growing" is 475 PPM per day again, we can just import it. We can still do the "rebalance every pollution generator and add more" and "keep the minimum PPM at 0 instead of 325", that does not effect the EP law
