Increase the calorie cost of upgrades by 10x #6

Btw, 10x is an arbitrary number, but this change is designed to target work parties. Upgrades are often the most valuable type of work party. With a calorie cost increase, essentially you can multiply the minimum wage price of that item to ensure the crafter gets more of the profit.
