To me, all buildings all look the same... and I am personally not motivated to refactor my T2 building into a ugly monochrome grey building.
I am still a noob and I see people doing great looking buildings mixing 2-3 layers of materials, but it is eating lot of space (up to 3 blocks per wall) and sometimes breaking the room Tier value.
Would be nice to have more coloration at least, like it currently is for Wood (hard, soft, standard). For example, bricks made from shall could have a different aspect than the bricks made from pure clay. Adding specific berries, or grass could impact the concrete coloration, or the T4 carpets - which could also use more variants...
