[ ] Numbers of entries processed per analyzer (in addition to the ones in queue)
[x] Numbers of D4 packets decapsulated per UUID and per UUID/type
[x] A time series of packets decapsulated per UUID and per UUID/type (-> graph of packets received per sensor)
[ ] A way to clear statistics per UUID
[ ] Global statistics aggregating all the others statistics (to have a global view on the server)
