Windows Save Dialog Broken on v1.8.0

Describe the bug Windows Saving Pop-up broken on Win11 (22000.376) with latest v1.8.0 but not with v1.7.2 With either Windows Store Version or Desktop Version Haven't test onn Win10

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download anything either Media or Docs
2. when Windows Saving Popup show it show broken

Expected behavior should work like 1.7.2

Looks like that version is working great :D Still getting gray screens sometimes when opening only whatsapp tray vs whatsapp app and later whatsapp tray, but i guess that's a non related bug? anyway, it happened only on the latest version. If is not related i can create a new bug report :)

fixed that bug for me, too.

i also have this grey screen issue sometimes, but i can't really reproduce it and it is very rare (i think after an update or when i close and restart whatsapp+tray, but idk)

With the new version V1.9.0 i added an additional condition so this should not appear any more, or atleast very unlikely. If there is still a problem open a new issue
