I am on Windows 10 and tried as described in the Readme.md but couldn't go through.

That ISCC.exe is something you says *.exe in readme??

You should use it on the installer: 'your/path/to/installer/WhatsappTrayV1.9.0.0.exe /silent' But im not sure if it works, i never tried it myself
