Hello, I have a request. Could you make it so that Whatsapp (with WhatsappTray installed) pops up when you click on the taskbar icon? At the moment when I click on the Whatsapp taskbar icon nothing happens and I have to open it from the system tray. Would be very nice!

Alright, have a nice day!

Update: If I click on minimize, it seems to work! But if I click on close, it doesn't.

Hi

Sorry but can you be more clear.

At the moment when I click on the Whatsapp taskbar icon nothing happens and I have to open it from the system tray.

This sounds like as if you have a tray-icon and a taskbar-icon which should not happen.

Can you please explain in detail what action you want to do and how whatsapp/tray should react to it.

Hello D4koon,

well, the thing is, when I click on the proper minimize button in the WhatsApp window, everything works just fine. It minimizes into the systray and when I click on my taskbar icon, it pops up again. But when I click on the X to "close" it - which also minimizes the window if I have your add-on installed - it doesn't work like that. It minimizes the window into the systray normally, but when I click on the taskbar icon again, the window doesn't pop up again. Then what I have to do is go to the systray, expand it and open the window from there. So the whole procedure ONLY works when I use the proper minimize button and I was asking myself if it is possible to make it also work with the X button.

Yes, I have a WhatsApp taskbar icon. I got it when I first installed WhatsApp (without your add-on). I still have it and it is pretty convenient because like I said, if I do it properly, it only takes one click to open the window. If I hadn't had it, I would always have to go to the systray and expand it to open the window.

Alright, have a nice day!

Sorry for not answering anymore, im closing this because this is already old. If there is still a problem just open a new issue.
