Currently, the UI offers me the ability to vote on a proposal that's already been executed:
This is somewhat unexpected behavior. I see the tooltip, but I worry that it isn't clear enough that the proposal is already determined.
My suggestion:
Turn the tooltip into a warning (yellow) or admonition (red).
Rephrase the tooltip. Suggested wording.
This proposal's outcome is determined: it has [passed/failed]. However, you may cast a vote for the record until the proposal expires in [rough relative time].
