Problem with Pcap files #2

Hello, I try to open the pcap.bin files in raw_flows.tar.gz with wireshark, but it is not possible. For each file I get the error "The file '...pcap.bin' appears to be damaged or corrupt. (commview: NCFX data length 0 < 20)" Can you give me a solution?

Hello, could you kindly share the original .pcap file with me instead of the .pcap.bin? I intend to utilize cicflowmeter to extract statistical features for my research
