Adds deployment cookbook with a set of examples/instructions

It also has a few issues that function as placeholders. We'll want to centralize this more as we get more tooling in Burr itself.

Add deployment.rst to docs/examples/ with deployment instructions and examples for Burr.

Remove outdated deployment examples: aws.md, index.rst, and web-server.md.

Update contributing.rst to include a reference link.

Modify index.rst to remove deployment from the toctree.

New Files:

Add infrastructure.rst for provisioning infrastructure instructions.

Add monitoring.rst for monitoring in production instructions.

Add web-server.rst for running Burr in a web server instructions.

Add pydantic.rst for Pydantic integration details.
