Integrate a coverage tool like codecov or coveralls. Adapt tox and travis to automatically test with coverage. Provide instructions on integrating this tool w GitHub project.

Option to configure in cookiecutter process. If so:

Add pytest-cov dependency
Run tests in tox with python -m pytest --basedir={envtmpdir} --cov=./
Add codecov to travis install
Add codecov to travis after_success
Add badge to README
Add instructions to cookiecutter readme on how to enable
