Opening a pull request to get feedback on a hopefully easier to use and understand Cassie plotting script. I won't merge this until I've completely replicated the functionality of the current Cassie plotting script but it would be nice to get feedback ASAP

You should now be able to use the YAML in bindings/pydairlib/analysis/plot_configs to set plotting options and replicate most of the plots we usually use
