commits for log plotter updates #300

New features:

ability to plot floating base frame velocity
ability to add color coordinated fsm with user specified labels as well as the legend
ability to plot contact forces from either state estimator or ground truth simulation
ability to plot commanded torques (from OSC), previously only measured torques were able to plotted
