Lost All Past Data After the Update Happened During Sep. 2019 #16

Summary & Context

All past data stored in the Aquarium is lost after the update happened during Sep. 2019. This error is generated when technicians tried to open past data files. Expired Past Data

Expected Behavior

Technicians should be able to download all Aquarium stored data files.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Sample tab in Aquarium
  2. Search PHlyIIR promoter(13) Pos2 (Lvl 0)
  3. Click on the file attached under sequencing_results:

Aquarium uses an object store to keep track of data files and when the update was made the link to the object store was probably not configured correctly. It is a configuration issue, and not a bug in Aquarium.
