check database definition

  1. Many PI s normally have relative or percentage units, do we need a basevalue field for them? although it could be save in attributes.
  2. As it is seen in check database definition for any PI, we already have considered 3 levels of categorization, via PIType_1, PIType_2, PIType_3 fields, and they could have child - parent relation. Is it enough?

ref to talk with MR P.H , we do not need basevalue. also about categories, do we need a meta name for each category related to report? but wait... where is weights?

ref talk 18/12/95: 1- each pi need duration(could defer with report's) 2- pi need attachment + analysis 3- we need a report for projects with PIs that related to type3
