Work has been started.

These users each claimed they can complete the work by 3 months, 2 weeks ago. Please review their action plans below:

1) edbong123 has started work.

We just brought our Aragon-Harmony-Grindery extension to testnet. We will define next steps in the coming days 2) z0r0z has started work.

KaliDAO is a platform for legal dao formation and operations. 3) aleksdor has started work.

Our system belongs to the multi-signature management system of the DAO organization. Its function is an upgrade based on gnosis-safe, which allows the DAO organization to be more flexible in multi-signature management. At the same time, on the basis of multi-signature management, we have added the function of multi-signature DeFi controller, which can manage the funds in the multi-signature wallet. This system mainly includes the following functions:

  1. Multi-signature wallet setup function: Anyone can establish a multi-signature wallet system between different wallet addresses, and approve the payment of funds in the form of multi-signature;
  2. The multi-signature wallet agreement can be upgraded. Compared with gnosis-safe, the gnosis-safe multi-signature contract cannot change the information of the contract itself after deployment, but our contract can still change the multi-signature signer and multi-signature signing conditions through multi-signature approval, so that DAO's funds can be governed more flexible.
  3. We have added the function of the DeFi controller. First, the funds in the treasury can be used to increase liquidity for decentralized exchanges in the form of multi-signatures and obtain liquidity benefits; the other is that the funds in the treasury can be transferred to the treasury in the form of multi-signatures. The funds are deposited and withdrawn from the lending platform to obtain the proceeds of the lending. Both of these functions use different forms to generate additional income from the funds in the multi-signature vault. 5) dcrapis has started work.

Cofund is a framework that bridges the voting and funding processes for DAO grant programs. It is designed to improve the funding rate and completion of large and valuable projects by removing the main obstacles that make it difficult today. 6) sahaana has started work.

Celesta Labs aims to unify DAO operations to make it simple to create and run a DAO.

Starting and organizing a DAO is hard! Creating a DAO today requires deep expertise in Web3 and available tools to assist with token creation, token allocation (i.e., initial airdrops and vesting), rewards distribution, member onboarding, and member incentivization. With the current DAO tooling ecosystem, each of these tasks is solved via a combination of one to three independent tools. This results in a piecemeal business stack that is complicated for both DAO founders and members, and makes it near-impossible for non-technical founders to create a DAO. If executed poorly, this fragmentation results in a lack of engagement and member exodus, which marks the end of the DAO.

Celesta Labs helps alleviate this DAO failure mode via a suite of streamlined, no-code tools that organizes and illuminates each function in the DAO operating stack. In essence, we provide an onramp for starting a DAO, with all core operations recorded in a common interface. The core workflow we developed during this hackathon is broken down into three steps. Users:

  1. Launch or import tokens for use in their DAO.
  2. Allocate an initial token distribution, which they can airdrop or vest.
  3. Reward contributors either for regular contributions, or for task-based contributions via bounties. 7) tr3butor has started work.
