Track initial MVP to Delaware minimum requirements from statute #1

Key clauses from the Delaware statute may include:

  1. Members express consent common purpose
  2. Common purpose is non-profit
  3. Sec 1905 (c) include statement of authority at least including acknowledgement that first member is considered "managing member" and vested with all necessary or appropriate authority to manage the affairs of the association, including w/r/t property under Sec 1904 (a) (note: this is important for clear IP right management and GitHub and other processes) and under § 1910 authority to appoint an agent to receive service of process.

Other key practical MVP initial supported functions may include the ability to electronically contract with a corporate filing service provider that accepts BitCoin or use an API if available with corporations division of Sec of State's office for the purpose.

A professional and comprehensive statutory cross-track is beyond the scope of our rapid prototype initial effort, but all-in-all, the hack Ryan and I did, along with the feedback from Primavera, Constance and others, was sufficient to complete the purpose of this issue ticket. So... it's happily hereby closed out.
