Questions to Answer:

Questions to Answer:

  1. What problem does this project solve?
The project aims to streamline and decentralize the grant allocation process within the Arbitrum ecosystem, ensuring impactful utilization of community funds.

  2. What is the "Win State" available at the end of this project?
The Win State is a fully functional, community-engaged Grant Ships system with successful integrations, impactful grant distributions, and a robust feedback mechanism.

  3. What would be the major impact of not doing this project?
Without this project, grant allocation would lack the community-driven, decentralized ethos, leading to sub-optimal resource allocation and lower community engagement. The web3 "Grant World" will remain unevolved while numerous tools float all around. Without anybody to use and integrate these tools, they don't get used.

  4. What could go wrong? What is the "Lose State"?
Failure to integrate the protocols, lack of community engagement, and ineffective grant allocation would represent a Lose State.

  5. How does your proposal uniquely move us toward the Win State and avoid the Lose State?
The proposal's focus on integrating multiple decentralized protocols and a strong community engagement strategy sets it apart, steering us toward the Win State and away from potential pitfalls. With many "protocols" and tools having been built in the web3 space over the last bear market, it is now time for teams to integrate these tools into our own projects. This is what moves the space forward as it is the intentional way that products get built in our space.
