As a Game Facilitator I'd like to be able to enter the game round parameters (Such as "Arbitrum Gaming Round", submission requirements, types of projects funded, community rules, milestone funding requirements, etc) during game set up so that operators and projects can view them and I can refer to them when making facilitator decisions.
Currently I could put these on a remote site and post an update with a link, but getting that "Transparent, trustable" feel for the game rules makes sense.
