Include some unique identification for projects in feed #197

As a user I'd like to be able to easily distinguish between nearly identical projects, or at least projects with the same name and logo.

Noticed that Monkey Empire created a new project, and the events in the feed are confusing because it looks like the same project. Having some kind of unique identifier, maybe a shortened address, visible in the post would do the trick. Would need design attention to not clutter the event card..

Workaround is to hover over the project title and note that the URL has a different address

In the future, we can try to guard using the same name (at least on the Grant Ships application side)
