After a successful application (flow is complete), clicking +Application again shows the form populated with the info from the first application.
Should I be able to apply to the same program twice? If so, suggest resetting form to original state after first flow completes.
If not, disable button.
Second application has many fields with strikethrough. Unclear as to why.
