Weird issue with chests #12

Honestly dont even know how to describe whats happening, sometimes it logs taking items out, doesnt log putting items in, sometimes only lets you view the logs by right clicking the little latch on the front of the chest (im a moron so im 100% describing this wrong and probably doing something wrong or misunderstanding something)
