Currently, the existing config.zip is expected to be in the current folder — many users seem to overlook this. Possible solutions:

try to read default config (at least hyphenation patterns) from inside the jar
extract config folder / config files if not existing
extract config folder / config files by explicit switch (suggestion by @fotis007)
extract only default config on demand?
