Just as a note for future resources, try to avoid using 'Learn' at the beginning of the learning outcomes. Try to use more active or specific verbs. For example "understand the basic principles of Historical Sociolinguistics" and "be able to critique some of the main tools used in current Historical Sociolinguistic research" :)
