Adding Working Groups in the tools & services catalogue #2

Open laureD19 opened 2 months ago

laureD19 commented 2 months ago

In the dariah tools and services catalogue, we currently only have "DARIAH national node" as actors' filter image

New resources are coming in from the SSH Open Marketplace, from DARIAH Cooperating Partners or DARIAH Working Groups. We've decided to use the same conventions (keyword "DARIAH resource", reviewer role for the actors, and actor DARIAH-EU with curator role.

To include new options in the filters' catalogue, would it be possible to add the following changes:

DARIAH National Node

actor ID in the SSH Open Marketplace Name
9403 CLARIAH-AT
3235 DARIAH-BE
3754 CLaDA-BG
3403 DARIAH-HR
3804 LINDAT/CLARIAH-CZ
9560 DARIAH-DK
10860 DARIAH-FR
2868 DARIAH-DE
3502 DARIAH-GR / DYAS
3755 DARIAH-IE
10226 DARIAH-IT
9561 DARIAH-LU
9562 CLARIAH-NL
3752 DARIAH-PL
3553 DARIAH-PT / ROSSIO
9133 DARIAH-SI
11803  CLARIAH-ES
10002 DARIAH-CH

DARIAH Working Groups

Currently only two in the Marketplace, but I'm working on adding them all, based on https://www.dariah.eu/activities/working-groups-list/

actor ID in the SSH Open Marketplace Name
12102 Digital Practices for the Study of Urban Heritage (UDigiSH)
10359 Ethics and Legality in Digital Arts and Humanities (ELDAH)

DARIAH Cooperating Partners

I still need to work on this list, to identify/create related actors in the Marketplace and will come back to update the issue asap.

Do you have enough information to implement the changes? Let me know in case something is not clear. No urgency with this issue. So if we can have something somewhere in September, I believe it would be great! notify also @elizapapaki @vronk

okay, so because basically now, the API simply checking the actor role is a reviewer, then it will generate the "Dariah national node" and put all the reviewer in this section. If there is no automatically sorting, then i will create a config file and you can define there the ID's based on the "SUB groups". When will you be ready with the updates?

Thank you for looking into it, @nczirjak-acdh

The DARIAH national node list is ready.

Here for an updated version of the DARIAH Working Groups:

actor ID in the SSH Open Marketplace Name
12102 Digital Practices for the Study of Urban Heritage (UDigiSH)
10359 Ethics and Legality in Digital Arts and Humanities (ELDAH)
12302 DARIAH Research Data Management Working Group
12303 DH Course Registry (DHCR)
12304 Multilingual DH Working Group
12305 Theatralia Working Group
10283 Thesaurus Maintenance Working Group
12306 Bibliographical Data Working Group
12307 #dariahTeach Working Group
12308 Women Writers in History Working Group
12309 Digital Numismatics Working Group

Not a lot of them have resources in the Marketplace yet. But if you can already start with that, we should see some things showing up on the DARIAH website already.

Mid-August, I'll come back to you with the list of Cooperating partners.

actually, @vronk , don't you think we should use a slightly different approach for the WGs? And ask them to register their resources using actor's role "creator" rather than "reviewer" as we do for the national resources? This would make more sense, right?
