rights holder different from publisher #150

Dear @JessedeDoes, Dear all,

I believe it was Katrien at our TEI Header meeting back then who asked for a recommendation on how to mark up a rights holder who would be different from a publisher. We have a solution now in v.0.9.0:

<publicationStmt>
  <authority role="rightsHolder">Such and such</authority>
</publicationStmt>

I would love to include an authentic example from one of your dictionaries. Jesse — I can't find Katrien's GitHub user name, could you ping her or forward this to her... or maybe you remember a concrete example from IDL?

Any other examples will also be welcome.

Spring cleaning. Feel free to reopen if we get a real-life example for the guidelines.
