More elements for encoding front/back matter

In the case of retrodigitization (but not only), the front and back matter must also be encoded.

In the current version of TEI Lex-0 (dev-0.9.2) only these elements are possible:

• core: head, listBibl, note, p
• figures: figure
• textstructure: div
• transcr: metamark

Most useful elements from TEI are missing, for example titlePage, titlePart, docTitle, docAuthor, docEdition, docImprint, byline and maybe some others.

We will add those for the sake of retrodigitized dicitonaries and their display in TEI Publisher, especially when they come with facsimilies etc. Ana will supply the example from Morais. Boris will perhaps look for another example from Czech.
