split this repository, so that the main Lex0 functionality could be cloned / forked separately #185

It is not feasible to clone this repo onto some travelling companions (read: laptops) -- my rough estimate is that the repo takes 0.9 GB right now. I was wondering if Lex0 could be separated into another repository... If the other bits (such as Events/) depend on the Lex0 schema, perhaps it is possible to set the Lex0 repository as upstream with respect to the repo containing Events and other stuff.

just a note to self — i just realized this when pushing release 0.9.2, what I'm calling TEI Lex-0 v0.9.2 is of course the entire lexical resources repo, so downloading everything, even zipped, is not ideal... tbd...
