Clarify the use of valency, governance and valency as values for type on gram #210

There is basically only one example for each of these values and no real definition. We should clarify the possible usage of each with clear definitions when one wants to express syntactic constraints. @charlymo has examples in Arabic. BTW: there is one instance of type="colloc" and one of type="collocation".
