This should be a high-level document (~5 pages max) and accessible to a broad audience.

@jcbenne will pull from the more detailed doc to make a first pass at this document next sprint

Sounds good. A first pass on a lot of the "more detailed doc" is done, and it should definitely be done enough that you can get most of what you need for a high-level document.
