Begin discussion with the CIEMSS team (Anirban, Eli) on integrating their work into the HMI:

• [x] Explore and test pyCIEMSS repo code (awaiting release...)
• [x] Evaluate the inputs, outputs, formats, and their constraints for the three workflows:
  1. [ ] Forecasting with intervention
  2. [x] Calibration
  3. [ ] Risk-based optimization under uncertainty (RBOUU)
• [ ] Understand better grouping and limitations of "interventions"
• [ ] Experiment viz for joint posterior distributions (pair plots vs. clustering)
