We want to iterate and enhance the UI component for parameterizing and running scenarios

• [ ] Add basic support to add simple parameters. E.g. parameters that are of scalar-type
• [ ] Add feature to create a new scenario with selected set of parameters
• [ ] Add feature to list, select, and view from a set of scenario outputs
