As of now we can get workflows, but the HMI needs to get workflow nodes directly.
Adding a new endpoint to do so using an ElasticSearch query.
I have no idea what I am doing, as FastApi and ES are new to me.

This is not possible without a re-indexing of ElasticSearch. Which is too time consuming to the benefits this PR would bring.
