New project thumbnail

• Remove P5 generated image
• Added five new thumbnails images from the design-team
• Updated the Java model of Project to inlcude a thumbnail string
• Updated the hmi-client to offer the thumbnail via radio buttons
• Updated the hmi-client services to create and update projects with a thumbnail
• Added logs in the getAllProject to determine which process is slowing down the request (30 secondes for 130+ projects)
