Bug in calculate_icers #149

Hi @gknowlt , a dampack user recently brought to my attention that in this line https://github.com/DARTH-git/dampack/blob/8fd9a2d720bc94f29031278d0bce880506dba392/R/icers.R#L61 the code should be n_eff <- length(effect). Is this something you can change, please?
