Input: PSA results from a model, parameter of interest, values or range for parameter of interest Output: The probability that each strategy is optimal for different values of the parameter of interest. (Does this have a name??)

Start from mnl.R in feralaes/dampack.

@evaenns @feralaes Is the implementation of this function as urgent as the issues involving evppi, evsi, and the deterministic-SA? Should I aim to have this up and running by the end of July as well?

No, I think get the backbone of the VOI functions working and then we can enhance features, like the multi-nomial logistic metamodeling.
