transferring color of annotation to "incoming" #16

Make incoming (“not mine”) annotations to preserve the original colors. Now all the incoming (not mine) annotations are light-yellow.

The yellow is the default color of the folder for "incoming", to add this feature the client have to override this behavior and use the color of the annotation itself on render.

Related to # 16. Locally I can create a new marker folder (also assigning it the colorI want). This folder is lost for the other users, so they do not know that for instance, I have made a purple folder called "Picasso Family", where I gather annotations about Picasso's parents, women and children, from different sites. For other users it will be just a bunch of annotations mixed with the other annotations. If client could keep colors together with the directory structure, it would be great.
