Marking several words who does not follow each other is not supported by wired marker. the marking is between a start element and a end-element. This feature would be hard to implement without rewriting a huge part of the original code we got (wired marker)
I went on the page http://naistekas.delfi.ee/foorum/read.php?80,9569487 and tried to annotate 6 Estonian words “nagu” at the same time with the same marker. Firstly, I marked 6 words by Ctrl and everything seemed to work. When I was finished the task then only 3 words of 6 were labeled with colorful background (marker). Annotation tool showed that 6 units are annotated, but on the web page only 3 units (words) are marked by orange background color. Secondly, I tried the same thing with numbers. I annotated 3 numbers (1, 2, 3), but finally only the first one (1) had green background, although the annotation tool showed that 3 units are annotated. Thirdly, I tried the same thing on the web page http://www.perekool.ee/index.php?id=36679&class=forum_schnell&action=view_post&post=9406182, where I annotated 6 links at the same time. But finally only 1 of them had blue background color. On the page http://www.sirp.ee/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=9&Itemid=13 I tried to annotated 3 (parts of) sentence and only the first one got background. It would be great if linguists can annotate many the same category words (or other units) at the same time.
