invalid xml generated when an annotation with " " in its body is to be posted #4

I assume because of this part (e.g., annotating http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_Sector): <xhtml:span xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" style="background-color:rgb(255,100,31);color:rgb(0,0,0);" title="Right Sector's website says that its members distrust the "imperial ambitions" of both Russia and the West.">Right Sector's website says that its members distrust the "imperial ambitions" of both Russia and the West. /xhtml:span This is of the "title" attribute which is a string (btw why is it called title if it grabs the whole annotated text and which cannot be shortened in the creation dialog).

the same happens if & is in the body. For now no sentences with escape symbols can be annotated.
