previous annotations available without the login #48

All the previous annotations are visible, although not logged in. The annotations are done with the previous version of the DWAN and now changed to 3.0. dwan

Windows 8, DWAN 3.0, Firefox 33.1

This is not a bug. The add-ons Wired-Marker (and Wired-Marker DWAN) work that way, because of the fact that a local database is used (contrary to e.g. the solution that PUNDIT provides).
