annotations saved without the indication of login #49

When making the annotations without the confirmation of the login the error messaged below is given.

Nevertheless, the annotation is saved and visible.

Windows 8, DWAN 3.0, Firefox 33.1

The annotation is only saved in the local client database.

This is due to the functionality that we inherit from the original Wired-Marker code.
