Need full list of facets in the documentation #5

At the moment there is no documentation of the facets used and the name is inconsistent. e.g: Format, notes, Country, title, MetadataSource, fulltext, CreationDate, url (mixed leading upper case).

The list of facets should be in the readme-file in a table format.
