Improve clarity of concept numbering #694

PDF documents generated using the 'Get as PDF' button automatically number concepts. However, as concept numbers are not displayed anywhere in the tool, the numbering can create confusion as conceptual editors might want to number and/or group concepts in a different way (e.g. for the R10 DSC module, concepts were grouped in relation to them referring to child/parent/supervisor/ coworkers). A solution could be to display numbers already in the ToC within the QDDT.

This is also closely intertwined with concept sorting issues detailed in other reports (e.g. issue #7 in the Excel feedback log).

In the next release of qddt, sorting of concept will be manual, not alphabetically. (you will be able to drag and drop cancepts where you want them to be. Adding numbers to concepts names are not recommended.
