Trim whitespace in PDF exports #696

PDF documents generated by the QDDT leave a lot of white space, e.g. (1) on the right-hand margin, (2) between paragraphs and (3) between different elements (e.g. concept descriptions, comments and question items). Please refer to the PDF file shared via email.
