Populated 'before'/'after' fields disappearing after being entered #716

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new DateTime domain (we used Time format here)
  2. Populate the before/after fields, ensuring that the values are displayed in the preview box at the top
  3. Move to other fields and the values entered in the before/after fields disappear, but they are still displayed in the preview box
