Not able to submit new version of Democracy module on Firefox #728

It is not possible to submit new versions of the Democracy module on Firefox, but only on Chrome. On the other hand, the Digital Social Contacts module works on Firefox too.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to ESS > Round 10
  2. Click on the edit link for the Democracy module
  3. Select 'saved as version'
  4. It is not possible to choose a rationale from the dropdown menu.

Possibly related to other issues only affecting the Democracy module? See e.g. #686
