Renamed files per #96 #98

Fixes #96

Files renamed:

prepareClassServer.sql to prepareServer.sql
addHelperFunctions.sql to addHelpers.sql
metaFunctions.sql to addCatalogMgmt.sql

Added comments to clarify order of running the scripts

@srrollo: Thanks for the alert on the missing ".sql" in the prologue comment of addCatalogMgmt.sql. I have fixed it.

@afig: I see merit in your proposal and we all need to think it a bit more. In the meanwhile, I will merge these changes so we can move forward with M1.
