I noted, in version 3.4, that FacilityLocation is extending LocationReference. I wonder if the intention is to have an additional LocationReference method for Facilities or to add additional information to the base class LocationReference. If it is then it's fine. If the intention is to create a new LocationReferecning method then there is a problem since LocationReference is abstract and cannot be instansiated.
