There is the need to specify multiple causes for a Situation / SituationRecord. Consider to change multiplicity for class "Cause" to [0...n].

The iterative technical note used to progress discussion on Situation v4 design perhaps wrongly noted the request being about "managedCause" being changed to 0..*, which did not generate any positive support, but perhaps this request about Cause (which is now associated with SituationElementDefinition and is still currently 0..1) could find more support. An alternative to changing the multiplicity of relationship would be to change the multiplicity of the CauseType attribute - then have one description explaining the multiple causes.
